Applications are invited for a one year Fellowship in Vascular Surgery beginning December 2011 at Christchurch Hospital. This position would suit a Senior Registrar or Junior Consultant looking for a role specifically designed to provide them with continued intensive clinical experiences and training in Vascular Surgery.
The Canterbury District Health Board is the largest employer of the South Island and employs around nine thousand five hundred staff. The Department of Vascular, Endovascular and Transplant Surgery is made up of 4 Vascular Consultants, 2 Registrars and 1 House Officer.

The successful candidate required to have:
• Qualifications recognized for specialist registration with the New Zealand Medical Council
• FRCS or equivalent
• Experience in vascular surgery is essential
